Ranch Salad Dressing
I would just like to say that keto does not mean low fat. There is nothing low-fat about this ranch dressing - it has all the calories. However, it doesn't have all of the sugar and still has plenty of taste. It's super quick to make, and I promise that you'll want to dip all the things in it.
Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1-2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice Taste repeatedly and decide what amount what works best
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a medium or large bowl.
- Stir well.
- Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours if you wish to serve it chilled. I have used this dressing without chilling it first when pairing the dressing with buffalo wings.
