Ranch Salad Dressing

I would just like to say that keto does not mean low fat. There is nothing low-fat about this ranch dressing - it has all the calories. However, it doesn't have all of the sugar and still has plenty of taste. It's super quick to make, and I promise that you'll want to dip all the things in it.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayo
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice Taste repeatedly and decide what amount what works best
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium or large bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours if you wish to serve it chilled. I have used this dressing without chilling it first when pairing the dressing with buffalo wings.
